| The full Rainberry Masters Board of Directors meets a minimum of 2-6 times a month. The Homes (3 Directors) and Villas (3 Directors) Boards schedule meetings as needed. Lively discussion often ensues as Residents express their views. |

The Resident's Concerns meeting is set by the Board for homeowner's a
first-come, first-served basis. This meeting begins at 7:00 pm and
precedes the regularly scheduled Workshop meeting.

Becoming a member of the Board of Directors is an
honor and a great responsibility overseeing the welfare of
901 homes, over 1,800 residents. All Board members are
volunteers and we are extremely grateful to those
wonderful citizens who take on this responsibility for up to
two 2-year terms.
Every year there is a new election as the nine members
are rotated in and out of office. This way, there is always
someone with previous Board experience to help lead
the way for the new members. Continuity is very
important to maintain the wonderful living conditions we
have been so blessed with, along with a balance for
positive change and growth with the times.
