The Social Club and the Council of Clubs have purchased a new sound system so that
sanctioned clubs, committees and activities may use it.

Please provide the Council President (Carol Meiselman) with
the name of the representative in your organization who will be
responsible for scheduling its use, be willing to pick it up and
user.

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. To start, plug into a power strip connected to a wall socket.
  1. The machine has 6 outlets for 2 wired mikes and 4 wireless
  2. 3 additional 18’ cords can be coupled together
  3. Up to 6 mikes can be used at one time
  1. Turn the power switch on the strip on
  2. The volume control is on the back, but it is strongly recommended you do not fool
    with it.
  3. The drawer of cabinet will contain extra cords, 9V batteries and the wireless mikes.
  4. Please turn off the battery to prolong its life.
  5. System can be used anywhere there is an electrical outlet, including the tennis
    courts.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
  1. Machine will be kept in the RIC room under lock. Security must be called to release
    the machine. Only authorized reps from each club may obtain the equipment.
  2. Each club will submit a list of authorized individuals to Carol Meiselman who will
    provide the information to Security.
  3. The person who signs for the equipment is responsible for turning off switch on the
    wireless mike.

Bocce Club

The newest club in Rainberry Bay is the Bocce Club. All levels of players are
invited to come to the Bocce Court near Pool 2 to play and socialize. We meet
there every Saturday and Sunday morning at 9:00 am. Come and enjoy the
Florida sunshine with this really fun game. We also welcome you to our
