MANDATE
The Theater Management Committee observes and makes recommendations to management or the
Board regarding conditions at the theater by requesting supplies, informing management or the Board of
items requiring attention (including awnings), developing a fiscally responsible budget for the theater,
assisting groups that utilize the theater as to equipment and procedures.

Actions:
The warm colors chosen brighten up our Theater lobby after the Theater Management team redecorated. The addition of Theater lights and
new awnings for outside really enhance the professional look of the Rainberry Bay Theater.
