The Rules Enforcement Committee insures that all rules and regulations of the community are
being followed by reviewing infractions, levying fines and other penalties as deemed appropriate
(with a resident’s right to appeal to the Board of Directors) and recommending to the Board needed
changes in the rules and regulations.

Activities:
- Violator receives a ticket from Security or Management (first notice to resident) with a scheduled
date to appear before the Committee. - A copy of the ticket or incident report is submitted to management and Chairperson.
- A friendly reminder (second notice) is sent to the owner identifying the violation and giving the
- If the owner cannot make the meeting, he/she must call or write the Chairperson of
the Code Enforcement indicating when would be a more convenient time to come before the
committee. - At the REC meeting, the owner may present his/her statements or other evidence as to why there
should not be a fine or suspension. - The committee will hear the evidence and arguments and, in private session, will determine
whether or not a fine or suspension should be levied. - If the committee decides a fine should be levied, the owner will receive a letter indicating the
amount of the fine and how it should be paid. - IGNORING A TICKET OR REQUEST TO APPEAR WILL RESULT IN AN AUTOMATIC
FINE.
The Security staff is merely enforcing the Rules and Regulations of our community, as approved by our
elected Board. Please bring your issues to the Rules Enforcement hearing.
All gate violations will be ticketed and fined.
Allowing non-licensed drivers to drive on property
Parking violations:
- Parking is restricted to inner Rainberry Circle only
when all parking lots are full at the Theater or the
Clubhouse. - No parking areas (marked or not):
- Castle Mgmt. office marked Fire Lanes
- Castle Mgmt. maintenance garage front – sign on
door - Blocking any walkways marked with a yellow “x”
- Rainberry Circle near Pool 4.
- 13th Street near Pool 4 where marked.
- 26th, 27th, 28th Avenues near the Theater odd
side only. - 23rd Lane from Riviera Gate to 15th Street both
sides of street. - On-street parking between midnight and 6:00 am
without specific written permission.
