The Rainberry Bay Clubhouse is the heart of our community. Brainberry U holds most of its on-campus classes there for fitness, book reviews, dance classes, card games, and lectures. The arts & crafts room hosts painting, papercraft, clay, jewelry, and beadwork classes and workshops. It provides our potters with a room with a kiln.
It also houses a well-equipped gym and weight room, open whenever the clubhouse is open (6 am-11pm), and men's and women's saunas and steam rooms. The gym overlooks the outdoor heated pool and spa. The pool room, the library, conference rooms, card rooms, and lobby are busy all the time.
Our multi-purpose Auditorium is used for everything from ping pong to parties. It has a fully-equipped kitchen. The board of directors has its meetings there. And residents can rent the space for their own use.
