Rainberry Bay Committees
Committees are appointed by the Board of Directors to oversee specific areas of the community. Committees do not act or spend community funds except as authorized by the BOD. Each committee will have one of the directors as a liason to the board. There is a committee for each community amenity was well as more general committees such as Architecture, Budget and Finance, Green, and Landscaping.
