About Us
RAINBERRY BAY is a 55+ adult community with amenities and facilities to provide an active life for the 901, affordable homes found in a park-like setting. The community was built in the 1980's and has been thriving ever since.
Come visit our tree-lined, gated community, with its beautiful lake and abundant natural resources. The amenities are plentiful
and the population stays young.

Our Story
At RAINBERRY BAY, we are committed to enhancing the lives of members in the community through our wide range of activities and events. Over the years, our clubhouse has been recognized as a welcoming community center where we go the extra mile to make sure our members are happy with our services. Ever since opening our doors to the community in 1980, we have provided members the chance to get together and experience what we’re all about. Our mission has always been to provide a cultural and educational experience for members of the RAINBERRY BAY community - and, to this very day,
we’ve done everything we can to achieve this goal.
Our Facilities
At the center of our community is the fountain on Lake Delrain, a picturesque place to watch the spectacular sunsets, birds, ducks, turtles, and wildlife that abounds. We even see an occasional river otter pair and our lone swan. Five pools and four spas offer the opportunity to soak in the sun and congregate with neighbors.

The Rainberry Bay Clubhouse is a gathering place for residents and a bustling center of activity. It houses our Library, our gym and weight room with separate men's and women's saunas and steam rooms, our Arts & Crafts area, a billiard room, and a variety of meeting and card rooms.

The Rainberry Theater is a separate building, equipped with a professional stage, multi-media sound, and lighting systems. Top-notch entertainers enjoy working with our crew and our appreciative audiences.

The Tennis Center, with its 10 Har-Tru courts, Senior Tennis teams, a full-time Tennis Pro, and an active Tennis Club, helps keep us vibrant and healthy.

Pickleball Park contains 8 lighted Har-Tru courts and has become very popular. We play in tournaments with other communities as well as each other. Both seasoned tennis players and non-tennis players alike are loving it. We encourage everyone to come and take a lesson from a good player.

The Bocce Center keeps growing and the very involved Bocce Club takes good care of the courts. The Club is very active, competitive, and high-spirited, playing both inter-community tournaments and regular games several nights a week on our lighted courts. New players are welcomed and the Club enjoys outings and trips together.

To keep our minds active, Brainberry U provides a variety of classes, from Beading to Yoga and a whole lot in between. The "Dean and faculty" work to meet requests of residents.

Security is important to our residents. Rainberry Bay is a gated community manned 24 hours a day with a trained, professional staff and roving security.
